Shipping information

All auto lifts are shipped via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) commercial freight due to their size and weight, which routinely exceeds 700 kg. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery requires a commercial address with a loading dock, or you must have a forklift available on-site to unload the equipment. Residential deliveries or liftgate services are not available for standard two-post or four-post lifts.

Returns & warranty

We stand behind our equipment with a 5-year structural warranty and a 1-year warranty on hydraulic and electrical components. If you need to return an unused lift, you must initiate the request within 30 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for all return freight charges, and a 20% restocking fee applies to all returned machinery. Electrical components and custom-ordered lifts are non-refundable.
